De staten Queensland en New South Wales worden gezamenlijk de Oostkust van Australia genoemd.
Deze kust van Australië is het makkelijkst te bereizen omdat de dorpen en steden goed met elkaar verbonden zijn. Queensland is mijn favoriete staat en ik noem het al jaren mijn thuis. Er zijn supermooie regenwouden om te verkennen, het Great Barrier Rif, de Whitsunday eilanden en het grootste zandeiland ter wereld: Fraser Island.
Het mooie Sydney is de hoofdstad van New South Wales. Andere plekken die je niet mag missen in New South Wales zijn: het hippiestadje Byron Bay, de Hunter Valley (een bekend wijngebied) en de Blue Mountains.
